To be eligible to win the challenge categories, you must:

Be a subscriber of our Eative Keto Meal Plan.
Follow it for 28 days.
Submit your recipes, progress, or results, in the 4 weekly check-ins, using our forms.

What are our weekly check-ins?
In order to prove your participation in the challenge, you’ll have to upload images of your recipes and progress, or your transformation (once per week), using this form. This means you will fill in the form 4 times during the 28 days challenge, once per week.
